Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs an active role in nursing, as well as mentoring staff, assessing residents, communicating with staff, physicians and residents.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will serve as a resident advocate for quality clinical care.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) maintains confidentiality of patients, visitors, organization personnel and organization business in general.
Licensure/Certification/Registration and Experience

Licensed as an LPN in MN required
