Precision Machining Advisory Board

The Precision Machining department is advised by a board of representatives from industry. The board represents the business and positions our students will encounter upon graduation. The board meets formally at least once a year (with additional informal meetings). The board advises the department on current industry trends, recommends equipment and curriculum, and helps the program raise funds.

The council makes recommendations for equipment and curriculum and gives insight in the current trends in industry and education and review performance of the program. They also help the program solicit donations.
