Our Corporate Education division offers a wide variety of community education courses that will help sharpen your current skillset or open the door to a brand new skill. Current Community Education for All Learners Offerings

Basic Auto Body Workshop

Hobby car owners and enthusiasts will love this five-day hands-on workshop led by Lake Area Tech Auto Body & Paint Technology instructor, Todd Bretschneider. Participants will gain a basic understanding of the following areas to take back to their projects at home.

  • Welding + Sheet Metal Repair
  • Plastic Filler + Sanding Techniques
  • Paint Gun Setup and Primer Application
  • Sealer and Base/Clear Application
  • Fresh Finish Detail

Dates: October 28, 30, November 1, 5, & 7
Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (A short meal break will be provided).
Location: Lake Area Tech Auto Body & Paint Technology Shop (13th Street NE in Watertown)
Registration Fee: $1,000 per person; minimum of eight participants, maximum of 10
