Why did you choose Lake Area Technical College? I lived in Watertown and knew I wanted to pursue a career in the health field initially.
What was your favorite thing about Lake Area Technical College? The environment, staff, and students were amazing. No matter where you went, you felt welcome.
What was the biggest lesson you learned at Lake Area Technical College? How to be a successful student and employee; that if you’re determined – anything is possible.
What made you want to continue your education? I always thought it was important to get an education beyond high school. Whether you have on the job training courses or get a degree, you will always continue to learn. I decided that I wanted to obtain a degree to get the career that I wanted.
What advice would you give a current Lake Area Technical College student? It may be tough, but stay focused and never give up. Your dreams will come true!
What makes you proud to be an Alumni of Lake Area Technical College? I was given the opportunity to define my skills and potential to become successful.
What advice can you give to Lake Area Technical College students that will be entering the work force? That they have nothing to be afraid of. Lake Area Technical College helps set up the routine you will need to be successful in the future.
