We are looking for people that like working on their own vehicles, campers, appliances, other home repairs or that have a general handyman mentality.  Technicians get on-site training, apprenticeship with a Master RV Technician, Manufacture led training classes as well as online training. We start our interested people at $17.00/hour and offer all full-time benefits, including health care, 401k, paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick day and much more.

This entry-level position will be responsible for assisting our certified technicians, basic repairs and other light maintenance work. This could be the start of a great career in the field of RV service!

Career Path:

1- Entry level Technician (Assist other technicians with basic repairs, along with any other tasks assigned)
2- Apprentice Technician (Working one on one with your certified technician)
3- Certified RV Technician- Diagnosing and repairing customer units.
During all levels of growth, technicians get on-site training, apprenticeship with a Master RV Technician, Manufacturing led training classes as well as on-line training. 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
Presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
Ensures the customer’s needs are understood.
 

REQUIREMENTS:

Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
Mathematics – calculating service costs.
Basic computer skills.
