Expectations:
Project a professional manner with an emphasis on customer service and hospitality
Ensure rental car fleet is in ready status
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
Assist customers in renting vehicles utilizing our reservation software
Process rental agreements and perform data entry tasks accurately
Maintain an organized and clean work space
Vehicle washing & detailing
Perform vehicle inspections utilizing company apps and accurately document damage.
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to utilize software programs and traverse computer systems
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age
Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company’s insurability requirements

Job Types: Part-time / flexible hours / additional hours are available during peak season if desired
Pay: $15.00 per hour
