Job Summary
This full-time position is responsible for building and maintaining computers and assisting the physicians and employees in the use of computers.
Working hours are generally weekdays between the hours of 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Responsibilities include:
• Build, maintain, and install computers in a timely manner.
• Printer support and maintenance.
• Audio/Visual support and maintenance.
• Maintain and update inventory of all devices on the network.
• Assist with installation, and upgrades of software programs.
• Assist with help desk requests from staff as needed. Level 1 ticket resolution.
• End user peripheral support and maintenance.
• Provides after-hours on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
South Dakota drivers license is required.
Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, desktop applications, general computer hardware knowledge.
