1st Shift Wood Shop Machine Operator – both full and part time

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking 1st shift Wood Shop Machine Operator to join our team in the manufacturing of athletic training and locker room equipment. Wood fabricators will be responsible for producing finished products through various types of assembly and manufacturing. Will train. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities and Duties

Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment to manufacture wood lockers, athletic training equipment, etc.
Assemble wood components into finished products on time and within PHS quality standards
Utilize work instructions to follow established assembly procedures
Maintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
Document actions by completing production and quality forms
Utilize Kanban system to restock depleted parts and materials
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Applicant must have a high level of mechanical aptitude
Applications must have good communication skills
Applicants must have basic computer knowledge
Applicants must be detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment.
Applicants must be able to bend, stoop, reach high and low, work at a constant pace, and lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Experience

Previous woodshop/wood fabrication experience strongly preferred
Blueprint/drawing interpretation
CNC

Part time position is Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
