WATERTOWN, SD – Lake Area Technical College’s Aviators Club is hosting a Fly In at the Watertown Regional Airport/Lake Area Tech College Aviation Annex on Saturday, October 2 from 8:00 a.m. to Noon. The public is invited to take part in a free-will donation pancake breakfast while seeing a variety of aircraft flying in from across the region. Funds raised will be directed to future club projects.

“Our students are excited to host this one-of-a-kind event that will showcase aircraft from near and far,” said Greg Klein, Lake Area Tech Aviation programs supervisor. “We invite anyone who has an interest in aviation to attend and support our students, eat some great pancakes, and see lots of cool planes!”

Lake Area Tech’s two aviation programs are Aviation Maintenance Technology and Professional Fixed Wing Pilot. Classroom instruction and hands-on training are held at the Lake Area Tech Aviation Annex, located at the Watertown Regional Airport.
