Scott joined the Lake Area Technical College team in January 2015 as a diesel lab instructor. Before coming to Lake Area Technical College, Scott held positions as a diesel technician, carpenter, farmer, and SDDOT maintenance technician. He is a graduate of NDSSS in Diesel Technology. Scott is married to his wife of 28 years, Brenda. They have two daughters and two grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and farming. He and Brenda live on a farm near Peever.
