Lake Area Tech welcomed Darcy to the team in July 2022 as an Adult Education and Literacy instructor. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Oregon University in English Literature and Creative Writing. Her experience includes roles as an Alcohol/Drug Counselor, Group Facilitator for residential treatment facilities for adolescents, Domestic Abuse/Sexual Assault Advocate, After School Coordinator, and Radio Announcer. Darcy lives in Watertown and enjoys classic movies from the 1930s – 1970s, theater, dance, and travel.
