Christy Randall

Lake Area Technical College welcomed Christy Randall to its team in August 2017 as a General Education/Computer instructor. Christy is a graduate of Florence School (1990), earned an A.A.S. Degree in Office Systems Technology from Lake Area Technical College (1991), completed a B.S. Degree in Business Education from Dakota State University in Madison, SD (1996), and earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Dakota State University (2007).

Prior to joining Lake Area Technical College, Christy taught for the Florence School District from Sept 2006-August 2017 as a 7-12 computer and business instructor, taught High School Computer/Business and was the Network Administrator at Summit School District from 1997-2006, and she is currently an adjunct instructor for National American University. Christy has two children, Jaiden and Kylie.  In her free time, she loves riding horse and going on trail rides, going for walks, and spending lots of time outside.  She lives on an acreage north of Florence, SD.
