Lake Area Tech’s bookstore welcomed April as its Assistant Manager in May 2023. Previously, she was the Corporate Ed Administrative Assistant since August 2021. She is a 2008 graduate of South Dakota State University, majoring in Music Merchandising. April’s experience includes Administrative Assistant positions in a variety of businesses including farm equipment, construction equipment, and a small finance company.  She was also a Legal Secretary for five years and worked as a Virtual Assistant for a year and a half for clients all over the United States. In her free time, April enjoys spending time with her three kids, especially outside. Other interests include playing games, sewing, reading, and watching medical/drama series on TV.  She recently moved back to Watertown where she grew up and graduated from WHS in 2003.
