Jackie Abel

Jackie began teaching at LATC in the fall of 2005 in the Human Services Technician program and is the current department supervisor. She graduated from Mankato State University in 1986 with a degree in Home Economics Education. Prior to teaching at LATC, she was employed for 18 years at the Human Service Agency in Watertown, SD, where she worked with adults with developmental disabilities. She served as a group home supervisor, case manager, and most recently as the behavior intervention specialist. She is married and has one daughter.
