Angela Allen
In October 2023, Angela joined the SD Manufacturing & Technology Solutions team, housed at Lake Area Tech. Angela earned an AAS degree from Lake Area Tech in Engineering and Architectural Drafting in 2001. In 2010, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with a Business minor from SDSU. She is currently working on her Master of Business Administration degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from USD. Angela’s experience includes roles as Sales Coordinator/Project Manager at Benchmark Foam Inc. for 15 years, a Truss Designer at Timber Roots Truss for 4.5 years, and as a Civil Design Technician for two Minneapolis-area firms. She and her husband, Travis, have two children, Marcus and Madison, who both attend college in SD. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with their two-year-old lab – Macy, traveling, reading, putting puzzles together, crafting, decorating, organizing, walking, fishing, and watching family members participate in competitive billiards.
