Remanufacturing Operations Assistant

Summary:

The Remanufacturing Operations Assistant is responsible for performing administrative duties and other functions that help streamline the daily business operations of the organization. The Remanufacturing Operations Assistant will primarily support TAKKION’s Remanufacturing Division.

Essential Functions:

Increase team efficiency by providing support both operationally and administratively.
Create and update purchase orders for the Remanufacturing Division as needed.
Create Bill of Ladings (BOL) for incoming and outgoing components for the Remanufacturing Division.
Copy job folders into SharePoint for shop projects.
Import incoming component information into template form (data entry and uploading pictures from SharePoint folders).
File/upload documentation (Bill of Ladings, pictures, etc.) into shop project folders.
Update Excel workbooks and files to:Track major components at RENEW.
Work with inventory for customer-owned parts in storage.
Provide updated workbook to Accounting for monthly storage invoices.

Requirements
Education & Experience Requirements/Competencies:

HS diploma or GED equivalent required. Secondary education preferred.
Three (3) – five (5) years of functional experience in administration, operations, or customer service field preferred.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and most importantly, the ability to work well in a team.
Demonstrated openness to change, flexibility, and adaptability.
Self-starter with a drive for continuous improvement of business operations.
Willingness to step out of the box to assist other teams in meeting and overcoming challenges for the company.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

This position is largely self-directed and requires understanding of company policy, procedures, and values.
Team members will be required to adhere to all safety requirements in all work environments.
This position operates in a shop environment.
