Diesel Case New Holland (CNH)
Lake Area Tech’s Case New Holland (CNH) “Top Tech” program is a two-year, dealer-sponsored option within the Diesel program. Developed in partnership with Case IH dealerships, it prepares students for careers working directly with the equipment and systems used in the field.
Students receive hands-on training across diesel engines, transmissions, drivetrains, hydraulics, electrical and electronic systems, diagnostics, HVAC, welding, and fuel systems. The program focuses on building both technical skill and familiarity with the equipment and standards used by Case New Holland dealerships.
In addition to classroom and lab training, students complete a non-credit internship at their sponsoring dealership during the summer and school breaks. This experience provides valuable exposure to day-to-day operations and helps build connections within the company.
Graduates earn an Associate of Applied Science degree in Diesel Technology from Lake Area Tech and are prepared for careers as service technicians or in dealership operations, including service, parts, or management roles.
