Most of your interaction will happen through email and discussion boards, where tone and intent aren’t always obvious. A little extra clarity goes a long way.
- Use complete sentences and check spelling and grammar before posting
- Include a clear subject line, course name, and identifying information in emails
- Be respectful and professional in all interactionsAvoid personal attacks or derogatory comments
- Share your perspective and be open to others’ ideas
- Re-read your posts before submitting, especially when using humor or sarcasm
- Only share appropriate content.
