everything out on your own.
Counseling Services
College comes with a lot of change. Some of it’s exciting. Some of it’s harder to manage.
Counseling Services is here to help you work through it. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or something else entirely, you don’t have to carry it on your own.
Sessions are confidential, and support is available when you need it. Walk-ins are welcome during office hours, but scheduling ahead is recommended.
