Where ideas leave your head and take shape
The MakerSpace is open to students and staff across all programs. It’s built for experimenting, building, and figuring things out as you go, with the tools and support to make it happen.
What’s inside:
- 3D printers and scanner
- Laser and Cricut
- Sewing machines and t-shirt press
- Lamination tools, button maker, and more
Who it’s for:
Anyone with an idea.
You don’t need to be an expert or in a specific program. Stop in to learn something new, get help from someone who’s done it before, or share what you know. It’s a space built for collaboration as much as creation.
Where it’s located:
MakerSpace is located south of the NET in the 300 Building.
What can you make?
Start small or go big.
Prototype a product. Create something for a business. Make a custom gift. Print, cut, sew, or build something from scratch. The tools are here, what you do with them is up to you.
Need a place to start?
Browse ideas on Thingiverse, then bring one in and try it out. When a Maker is available, they’ll help you get set up and show you how to use the equipment.

If you need assistance, ask one of the student workers in the MakerSpace or stop by and see Matt Steiner in the NET. If you’re running low on supplies or notice a machine is not working properly, please let us know right away.
