We are hiring two field representative positions to provide excellent customer service to Western Area Power Administration’s (WAPA) customers in the Upper Great Plains Region. The incumbent will be responsible to provide customer service to WAPA’s customers, interacting with customers on site visits and learning utility customer’s needs. As a trainee the incumbent will be mentored by a senior specialist, assisting in the development and review of contracts, developing customer service skills, and building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
