Registered Nurse – Community Living Center

Rehab and Extended Care (REC) Registered Nurses (RNs) manage the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate) for direct patient care, potentially supervising others. They coordinate care transitions, educate patients/families, ensure order completion, administer meds/procedures per policy, monitor skin/pain, check crash carts, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, consider patient factors & aid quality improvement.
