Position Summary
Twin Valley Tire Inc. is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant to join our team at our Milbank office. This full-time, in-office position supports daily administrative and accounting-related operations and requires accuracy, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform transaction reporting and basic account management
- Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital filing systems
- Process daily deposits and reconcile financial statements
- Generate routine and requested reports
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial and business information responsibly
Qualifications
- Punctual, self-motivated, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and professional in handling confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Prior accounting or office experience is a plus, but not required
