Position Summary
Twin Valley Tire Inc. is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant to join our team at our Milbank office. This full-time, in-office position supports daily administrative and accounting-related operations and requires accuracy, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform transaction reporting and basic account management
  • Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital filing systems
  • Process daily deposits and reconcile financial statements
  • Generate routine and requested reports
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial and business information responsibly

Qualifications

  • Punctual, self-motivated, and dependable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and professional in handling confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Prior accounting or office experience is a plus, but not required
