Management Analyst

This position is responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of the Netsmart AVATAR Electronic Health Record (EHR) software application. The Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient use and operation of AVATAR while maintaining system integrity and supporting staff. Set up/deactivate and manage staff accounts; keep abreast of new functionality and system changes documented in the release notes; work collaboratively with department managers on system changes; troubleshoot basic user or system problems, address end user questions and respond to support inquiries in a timely manner; serve as point of contact for end users and vendors on EHR related issues. This position will be located onsite, with typical working hours of Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, though some flexibility may be available.
