Job Time Type: 30 Hours (M-F) with the possibility of some Saturday’s and Overtime
(Willing to work with class schedule)
Job Description: Answer phone, greet clients, and provide general administrative and clerical support,
Prepare correspondence and documents and assemble financial reports and tax returns. Schedule and maintain appointments. Pick up, sort, and distribute mail. Deliver information to outside business and general errands. Manage office supplies. Maintain files, file retention and shredding. Individual must have computer experience, work processing and typing skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to organize, prioritize and plan accordingly. Individual should have excellent attention to detail and ability to take direction, but also work independently a must. Reliability and confidentiality are a must.
Requires a Driver’s License:
Minimum wage: $ 16.00
