Join the RITALKA Human Resources team as an HR Summer Intern! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in areas of recruiting, onboarding, training, system maintenance and compliance. This position is a generalist role which will provide experience with a wide variety of Human Resource functions.

What will you do as an HR Intern?

Recruitment – Assist with posting positions online and scheduling interviews for managers.
Onboarding – Preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation, prepares hiring packet for new employees, and gathering new hire forms.
Training – Assist with scheduling and attendance.
System Maintenance – Run routine and ad hoc reports to ensure data accuracy and to assist management as needed.
Compliance – Assist with audits and data review to ensure compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
Assist in the organization and set-up of company recreation activities.
Assist and/or lead HR-focused projects as needed.

What is RITALKA looking for in a quality candidate?

Working knowledge of modern methods and techniques in personnel administration and their application in the day- to-day working environment
Excellent interpersonal abilities. Able to maintain effective working relationships with diverse population.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to convey a positive and professional image
Must be self-starting individual, comfortable performing multifaceted projects
Resourceful and well organized
Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
OR Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be acceptable.
