Join the RITALKA Marketing team as a Graphic Design Summer Intern! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Coordinator in the ideation, creation, and delivery of marketing materials with a consistent company message. The Graphic Artist Intern will contribute to exciting projects, gain hands-on experience, and develop skills in an engaging work environment.

What will you do as a Graphic Design Intern?

Assist with strategic marketing initiatives and activities, ensuring brand consistency across different platforms and mediums
Generate graphic designs for social media, websites, print, and other promotional materials
Maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand
Simplify complex data into user-friendly formats such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids for internal and external audiences
Explore opportunities and provide insights to contribute to the value of the marketing team and overall company

What is RITALKA looking for in a quality candidate?

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/other design platforms
Strong creative and artistic skills with attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
Must be resourceful and well organized
Must be self-motivated and comfortable with multi-tasking
Basic understanding of marketing principles is a plus
Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
OR Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be acceptable.
