Member/Lending Support – Redfield Branch

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week

Job Summary:
We are looking for a service-oriented individual to join our team and provide our members with trustworthy and friendly financial experiences. This position will assist members with a full range of financial services including but not limited to, maintaining/balancing a cash drawer, opening/closing accounts, supporting consumer loan requests, processing transfers and loan payments, networking and developing member outreach, account maintenance and research, issue/redeem certificates of deposit, IRAs, and processing wires. Position also requires servicing ATMs when necessary and will perform other duties as assigned.

Expectations:

Must possess good judgment and be able to make independent decisions.
Maintain member and credit union confidentiality.
Must have good listening and communication skills and be able to assist members in person, over the phone, and by written communication.
Maintain high levels of accuracy.
Expected to stay up to date on all credit union services and explain those to members on a general basis.
