Part Time or Intern Administrative Specialist

GENERAL PURPOSE: Help with some General Administrative Duties in the departments of Accounts payable/receivables, Purchasing, Customer Service and Engineering. Ensure Dakota Tube is taking care both our customers and employees with excellent customer service, and prompt follow-up on issues, concerns or problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be in attendance at scheduled work times.
Know and strictly follow all verbal and written rules, policies and procedures of Dakota Tube
Serve as first contact for customers and Employees
Assist with Administrative duties
Provide information/documentation to employees and customers as needed
Work safely and comply with all Dakota Tube safety regulations
Perform all other duties or special projects as assigned
