Skilled Construction Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves performing various tasks that require physical strength and the ability to follow instructions accurately. As a Skilled Laborer, you will contribute to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Hours: 8-5 Monday-Friday (NO Weekends) Pay: $20-$24/hr

Duties:

Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Operate construction equipment such as skid loaders, scissor lifts, and tele handlers safely and efficiently.
Assist in the assembly, installation, or repair of structures and fixtures.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
Ability to work in a variety of environments and weather conditions.

Skills:

Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to residential construction.
Basic understanding of construction methods and materials is preferred.
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
Ability to follow directions accurately and work independently when necessary.
Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
