We are seeking a customer centric Personal Banking Representative! There is variety to this position as we are a small bank. This position is specifically the “frontline” of our bank and will play a fundamental role in achieving top customer satisfaction. A personal banker plays an important role in the bank as they assist customers with:
· Deposits & Withdrawals
· Account Opening & Closing
· Safety Deposit Box Access, Debit Card, Online banking questions and more.
· End of day balancing, and more duties as you learn.
· Don’t worry – we will train the right person!
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Skill in operating computer workstation and printers, scanning, coin machine and copier.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in a high-paced environment.
Ability to fulfill responsibilities with little supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate: Bryant, SD 57221: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
