What You’ll Be Doing:

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building a key component of our printers, ensuring it is assembled accurately and consistently. Your work is vital to the success of our printers and customers. We need someone who can perform repetitive tasks with precision, identify and report any issues with the process or materials, and fully own the assembly process.

·         Perform detailed and repetitive assembly tasks to build a critical component of our product.

·         Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.

·         Inspect materials and processes, identifying and reporting any issues promptly.

·         Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all work performed.

·         Fully own the assembly process, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and quality.

·         Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address and resolve any issues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the Technician will need the following.

·         A proactive attitude and a sense of ownership over your work.

·         High attention to detail, a commitment to producing high-quality work, and ability to master fine detail work.

·         Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.

·         Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and report issues promptly.

·         Able to work independently.

·         Strive to achieve both company and personal production goals, consistently challenging self to perform at your best while maintaining consistent excellence, and continuously turn the knob towards perfection.

·         Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

·         Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or similar detail-oriented role, such as fine tolerance fabrication and inspection (i.e. component hand soldering, building circuit boards, small pixel size display assembly, micro component manufacturing, lens manufacturing, etc.) Experience in a clean room environment is a plus.
