Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.
BONUS: Position may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus this position includes base pay + 25% weekend only incentive!

The Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and supervises care of patients and participates in delivery of direct patient care.
The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses patient needs, both physical and psychological and initiates and implements the nursing care plan.
The Registered Nurse (RN) educates and orients team members as well as participates in patient and family teaching.
The Registered Nurse (RN) administers medication and assists physicians with procedures and makes rounds with physicians.
Education and/or Experience
Graduate of Registered Nursing (RN) Education program.
1-2 years of experience required.
Must have current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of MN.
Current CPR, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification or completion upon next available program.
48 hours/2 weeks – Benefit Eligible! – Weekends Only (4 out of 6 weekends)
