Role Summary
We are looking for an Enrollment Specialist to join a fast-paced and growing organization. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will guide producers through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. You will provide information to producers about program benefits, requirements, and timelines. You will maintain up-to-date records and coordinate with internal teams for a seamless process. You will generate reports on enrollment metrics to identify trends and support program implementation alongside the Technical Advisor and Producer Advisor teams. This is a full-time, remote, salaried position, reporting to the Vice President of Producer Programs and Technical Assistance.
What You will Do:
- Guide producers through program enrollment, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Provide clear information to producers about program benefits, requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date records of producer enrollment and participation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless enrollment process and timely follow-up.
- Assist in developing and maintaining program documentation.
- Support the AgSpire team with producer enrollment inquiries.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management in AgSpire’s database.
- Generate regular reports on enrollment metrics and program participation.
- Assist in the analysis of enrollment data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancing program effectiveness.
- Work alongside the Technical Advisor and Producer Advisor teams to support program implementation and verification in different capacities on an as-needed basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We are Looking For:
- Strong background and knowledge in US agriculture, conservation practices, or a related field.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with producers and internal stakeholder.
- High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and ability to learn new digital platforms.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Travel Requirements
This role may require occasional travel within the United States of America for meetings, conferences, events, and other business-related activities.
While the frequency and duration of travel may vary depending on organizational needs, the anticipated frequency for this role is 15%.
Working Conditions
- Located in: South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, or Nebraska
- Frequent sitting for long durations of time throughout the day is required.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of lightweight equipment during travel may be required (e.g. laptop bag, promotional materials, etc.)
- The ability to use a computer and type/use mouse for extended durations of the day is required.
- The ability to see and read text on a computer screen, as well as visual material for design and marketing purposes is required.
- The ability to hear and participate in remote meeting and discussions via audio conferencing or video calls is required
- Occasional driving may be required as needed for business purposes. Therefore, the ability to sit for an extended period of time while driving, having manual dexterity to handle the steering wheel, strong and visual acuity for driving various distances in different lighting conditions is required.
