Adams Land & Cattle is looking for a highly organized individual to fulfill administrative tasks for our operational leadership team.  This position would be based at our South Lot Office in Broken Bow, Nebraska. 

 

This person will be responsible for:

Providing administrative support to all South Lot operational leaders.
Assist operational leadership in monthly budget reviews and variance documentation.
Ensure credit card itemization, invoice scanning and coding is completed in a timely manner.
Provide Paycom related assistance to operational leadership by helping with timecard reviews, employee scheduling, training documentation completion and performance objective/evaluation documentation.
Help ensure work order requests are accurately entered in a timely manner.
Assist in scale and load out areas when needed.
Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties
Other projects as needed.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree; 2 years of related experience may be substituted with an Associates; 4 years of related experience may be substituted with a High School Diploma or GED.
Strong communication and written skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
 

Schedule & Compensation Details:

Starting Wage: $20-$24 per hour.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM).  Possibility of alternate hours/days.
