Dual Credit Scholarship
Eligibility:
Students enrolled in an LATC Dual Credit course who also qualify for free or reduced lunches are eligible to apply. Applications will be accepted December 1–31 through our online scholarship portal at https://lakeareatech.awardspring.com/.
Application Instructions for Students:
To access the Dual Credit Scholarship application, students must:
- Be registered for their Dual Credit course and have received their LATC MyPortal login credentials.
- Log in to the scholarship portal using their MyPortal username (add @lakeareatech.edu, e.g., AB123456@lakeareatech.edu) and MyPortal password.
- Choose the Dual Credit Scholarship Application and enter the access code given to you by your high school counselor.
Scholarship Limitations:
- Students may apply for a scholarship for up to 6 credits per semester.
Verification Process:
- Students must provide official school verification contact information in order to confirm their eligibility for the Free or Reduced Lunch Program.
Notification & Follow-Up:
Thank-you letters must be submitted promptly after notification to ensure the scholarship program continues for future students.
Selected recipients will be notified via email.
