What was your favorite thing about Lake Area Tech?
I enjoyed how my professors didn’t view me as just a number, and actually went out of their way to help me succeed.

What was the biggest lesson you learned at Lake Area Tech?
To never stop learning, whether it’s educational or simply in a day to day setting.

What made you want to continue your education?
I wanted to better myself, I wanted to set myself and my future family up as best I could.

What advice would you give a current Lake Area Tech student?
Ask questions, your educational team is there to help you, they want you be as informed as possible.

What makes you proud to be an Alumni of Lake Area Tech?
The thing that makes me most proud is knowing that the education and experience I gained there prepared me for the next steps of my career. I’m proud to have been part of a college that focuses on preparing students for real life careers.

What advice can you give to Lake Area Tech students that will be entering the workforce?
Don’t be afraid to start somewhere, be willing to learn. Your first job doesn’t have to be your forever career. Take everything you’ve learned from school, and past jobs and apply it best you can.
