Learn Beginning MS Excel 2013 (5 hrs)

Microsoft 2013 is the newest version of the popular spreadsheet software. Learn how to create Excel spreadsheets effortlessly. During this 5-hour Excel 2013 course, students will learn new features in Excel 2013, see the new “Ribbon” interface, enter data on a worksheet, format that data, and then learn how to create eye-catching charts. Formulas will be entered such as SUM, MAX, and MIN – then formatted. Excel is used in most businesses today and is a great business management tool. It is also used personally for financial statements, budgets, amortizations schedules, etc.

This is a continuation of the Beginning MS Access class. In this class, you will learn how to create Customize Reports and Forms as well as, work with the Multi-table Forms. Also learn how to macros, switchboards, pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.

QuickBooks for Beginners (12 hrs)

This class will cover most of the basic questions facing its users today, including setting up and maintaining a customer, vendor and employee accounts. You will learn how to do the basic day-to-day activities such as creating invoices and statements, entering and paying bills, setting up and maintaining an inventory, paying employees, and setting up and paying sales use tax. Throughout the course, feel free to bring up any questions you may have about Quickbooks.
