Saraya Johnson

Saraya Johnson joined Lake Area Technical College in November 2025 as the Student Success and Career Services Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from South Dakota State University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Dakota.

Before joining LATC, Saraya worked as a Program Specialist and Case Manager for the C.A.R.E. Program at the Human Service Agency and later as a Dialysis Social Worker at Prairie Lakes Healthcare System.

She lives in Watertown with her husband, Tate, and enjoys singing, playing piano, gardening, game nights, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
