Ryder Lutgen

Lake Area Tech welcomed Ryder to the team in August 2025 as an Aviation Maintenance Instructor. He is a graduate of Lake Area Tech’s Aviation Maintenance Technology program. Before joining LATC, Ryder worked as an aviation maintenance technician and full-time flight instructor at Aberdeen Flying Service in Aberdeen, SD, performed on-call maintenance for SkyWest Airlines, and provided drone survey and videography services for real estate properties in the area. In his free time, he enjoys all things aviation, working on his family’s farm raising cattle, and spending time outdoors.
