Rachel Carrasco is an Adjunct Instructor in Computer Information Systems at Lake Area Technical College. She graduated from LATC in 2023 with an A.A.S. in Graphic Design and Digital Communications.

Her professional background includes working in a corporate marketing department, where she created websites and print materials. Rachel now runs her own freelance design business, specializing in branding and website development for clients nationwide.

She lives in Watertown with her husband and enjoys gaming, listening to music, and exploring all things creative and artistic.
