Shelby Imdieke joined Lake Area Technical College in July 2026 as an Education Specialist. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communications and her master’s degree in education from the University of Mary.

Before joining LATC, Shelby spent 16 years at the University of Mary, where she served as Director of International Services, supporting students from around the world.

Shelby is the proud mom of her daughter, Clare, and has two dogs, Olive and Oliver. In the summer, she enjoys operating her small ice cream truck—a hobby that has grown into a thriving small business.
