Carter Gravatt
Diesel Technology InstructorCarter joined the Lake Area Tech team in August 2023 as a Diesel Technology instructor. He is a 1999 graduate of the Diesel Tech program, we love it when our alumni return to teach! Carter brings a significant amount of experience to the team, including 15 years at Sheehan Mack Sales and Equipment working in the truck shop and 10 years operating a service truck. He also spent nine years at the SD Department of Transportation doing truck and equipment repair and maintenance. In his free time, Carter enjoys fishing and riding motorcycles.
