***Housing and roommate information are provided as a service to you by LATI. These listings have not been screened, visited, or approved in any way by this institution. It is your responsibility to inspect the unit and talk to the landlord to make sure the conditions meet your standards. Click on a picture to see a larger image.

All Lake Area Tech students live off-campus. We do not own or provide any housing for students. Lake Area Tech does provide a housing list that consists of apartments, mobile homes, houses, sleeping rooms in private homes and houses to share. To obtain a list of available properties call or stop by the admissions office between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or search through our property listings now!

Lake Area Tech also maintains a list of students looking for roommates. These listings may also be viewed at our housing office, or by searching the Roommate listings online.

You may also submit your own Roommate Request by completing a Listing for Roommate Form or stopping into the admissions office.

The housing coordinator recommends looking for housing in June or July. Most landlords request a deposit to hold an apartment until you begin school in the fall. The coordinator also recommends that you call for a housing list or research our online Property List to set up appointments with landlords before coming to Watertown.
