Writing Sample

All applicants submit a writing sample to the Occupational Therapy Assistant faculty at Lake Area Technical Institute (by postal mail or directly through this site) in order to apply to the program. To improve the quality of the writing sample, it is highly suggested that the applicant complete all the questions in a word document and then cut and paste their answers to this web page. OTA faculty will review the writing sample and consider the following:

Describe any experience that you have had with individuals who have a medical injury, concern, or disability. That could include work, academic or personal experience.
