MAZAK  NEXUS  410A

The latest addition to the Machine Tool Program is the Mazak VMC.
This is a USA-Made machine with the following features:

  • 12,000 RPM spindle
  • 25 HP spindle motor
  • Rapid Traverse Rate of 1475 IPM
  • Through-spindle coolant
  • 30 Tool magazine
  • Tool change time – 2.9 seconds, chip to chip

Mazatrol Matrix controll features:

  • Windows XP Operating System
  • 12 inch color LCD display
  • Virtual Machining with color graphics
  • Mazak Voice Advisor
  • 64 Bit Twin-Engine Processor
  • Full standard keyboard
  • Maximum program size: 2MB

One of our Mitek Machining Centers was recently retro fitted with the Centroid controller. This control features a 15 inch color monitor with graphics display.
