With emphasis on e-commerce and globalization, a wide variety of career opportunities have emerged in the meeting and convention, attractions, event planning, travel, gaming, transportation, recreation, and food and beverage areas.
Special attention is given to event management, hotel operations, food and beverage operations, evaluation of customer needs, price determination, promotion, sales strategy, and the importance of the customer.
