Jessicca Geerdes

Jessicca manages the Parts Department located in the LATI Automotive Building. She came to LATI in 1997 with four years experience from a local Watertown parts house. Jessicca lives in Watertown with her husband, and five children. If Jessicca does happen to come across any free time, you may find her out golfing with her family or just staying around the house.

Brad Herding

In 1996, Brad Herding joined LATI's Automotive Technology Department as an instructor for basic electrical and heating and air conditioning. He is an ASE certified Master Tech. In 2009, Brad became the Automotive Department Supervisor. He graduated from Moorhead, MN., AVTI in 1983 in Automotive Technology. Prior to his employment with LATI, Brad worked as a technician for a Ford dealership, was owner/operator of Arizona Auto Air & Electric, and was employed by a Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth/Oldsmobile/GMC dealership as a line technician.

Steve Parkhurst

automotive technology
Steve is the 1st year Auto Instructor. He has owned an automotive repair shop in Rosholt South Dakota since 1976. Steve has worked with the local Ford dealership as their certified Ford technician since 1975 along with his business. He holds an ASE certification as a Master Technician and as an Advanced Engine Performance Specialist.

Bob Scherbenske

automotive technology
Bob graduated from Aberdeen Central High School. After graduation he attended Mitchell Technical Institute for Auto mechanics and graduated in 1985. He has worked for Chevrolet dealerships for 23yrs prior to Lake Area Tech. Bob is ASE Master Certified, as well as Chevrolet and Toyota Master Tech. In August of 2007 he joined Lake Area Tech. He is married and has one boy and one girl.
