med / fire rescue
Troy is the instructor for the Med/Fire Rescue program. Along with his teaching duties, Troy is also a lieutenant at the Watertown Fire Dept. where he serves as a firefighter, paramedic, and member of the hazardous materials team. Following graduation from Watertown High School and an enlistment in the U.S. Army, Troy graduated from the University of Minnesota at Mankato with a BS in Environmental Science and Geography. Prior to his arrival at LATI, he was an Environmental Scientist for a local consulting firm.

Gregg Noeldner

Gregg Noeldner

med / fire rescue
Gregg is an instructor for the Med/Fire Rescue program and started in his position in Aug. ’09. He is a 1984 graduate of Watertown High School and a 1989 graduate of LATI. Gregg is currently a captain at Watertown Fire Rescue and has 18 years of Fire Rescue experience. He has technician level experience in confined space, trench rescue, high angle rope rescue, hazmat, hazmat tank car specialist, and fire arson investigation. Gregg and his wife, Becky, have two children.
