Kelly graduated from the Lake Area Tech Agri-Business program in 1984. He received a B.S. degree in Ag Economics from SDSU in 1991 and is currently working on his Masters in Economics at SDSU. Before he began teaching at Lake Area Tech, Kelly worked as an Ag Loan Officer at Deuel County National Bank in Clear Lake, SD and BANKFIRST in Toronto, SD. He lives in Clear Lake and is a member of the Deuel County Lions and Kiwanis.

Sally Solum

Sally's B.S. degree from Black Hills State University is in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. She has a Master's degree in Technical Education from South Dakota State University. Before coming to LATI in 1988, she was the controller/office manager for Media One, Inc. in Sioux Falls. She is the coordinator for VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) here at LATI. Sally is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and current president of Watertown's Business and Professional Women.
